PureRad Inner Circle Rewards Bank — Membership Terms

1. Membership & Billing

• Membership is $155 per month, billed automatically to the payment method on file each month on your enrollment date.
• There is no enrollment fee.
• Membership is an ongoing monthly subscription with a 3-month minimum term. After the first three months, you may cancel anytime (see Cancellation below).

2. Your Rewards Bank Balance

• Each monthly payment adds $155 to your Pure Radiance account balance.
• Your balance can be used toward eligible Pure Radiance services at any time while your membership is active.
• Your balance has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
• Unused balance rolls over month to month with no expiration while your membership is active.
• Balance can be applied toward retail skincare products.

3. Included Member Benefits

• Complimentary VISIA face scans during active membership.
• One maintenance treatment per membership year: an IPL photofacial or a chemical peel. The treatment type is based on candidacy, skin goals, and provider recommendation. If IPL is not appropriate for your skin, a chemical peel may be offered instead. The yearly treatment does not roll over if unused within the membership year.
• Members-only neurotoxin pricing at $10 per unit.
• $50 off each syringe of dermal filler and $50 off each vial of Sculptra.
• 15% off eligible services, including Morpheus8 RF skin tightening, Solaria CO₂ laser, laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, and other eligible treatments.
• Access to member-only specials and events.

4. Eligibility & Exclusions

• Member discounts apply to the standard pricing of eligible services only. They cannot be applied to services that are already discounted or promotional.
• Member pricing cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or specials.
• All treatments remain subject to medical evaluation and candidacy. Membership does not guarantee that a specific treatment is appropriate for you.

5. Pausing Your Membership

Memberships can be paused. To request a pause, contact us at least 5 days before your next billing date.

6. Cancellation

• After the 3-month minimum term, you may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice to info@pureradiancemedspas.com or in-person notice at our office.
• After cancellation, any unused account balance remains usable until spent — it does not expire.
• Member pricing and benefits end on the effective cancellation date.

7. Appointments & No-Shows

Standard Pure Radiance scheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies apply to all appointments booked using membership benefits or balance.

8. General

• Membership benefits and balances are personal to the member and are not transferable to another person.
• Pure Radiance may update member pricing, eligible services, or program benefits with a minimum of 30 days’ notice to active members.
• Membership payments are processed through our booking and payment system; enrollment requires a card on file.
